You must first contact us at info@loxxhair.com within the thirty (30) day return period of receiving your order. Your e-mail must include your order number and reason for return. Do not try to return your item without contacting us first.

All LOXX HAIR extensions must be shipped back in unopened original packaging and must not be tampered with or defaced in any way. Open merchandise will not be refunded or exchanged.

Once we have received your package it will be taken into inspection and once it has been confirmed that nothing has been opened a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding any shipping costs).

4.3 WHY ARE YOUR LOXX HAIR EXTENSIONS NONRETURNABLE IF OPENED?

Hair extensions are considered a hygienic item and therefore for the safety of our clients if the product has been opened we cannot offer any returns or exchanges.

4.4 DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING ON MY RETURN/ EXCHANGE?

Customers wishing to return or exchange their item are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking number, as we will not be responsible for any lost return/ exchange packages.

Please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, or your package may be returned to you.

4.5 WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
