SHIPPING& DELIVERIES

6.1 DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING ON MY RETURN/ EXCHANGE?

Customers wishing to return or exchange their item are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking number, as we will not be responsible for any lost return/ exchange packages.

Please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, or your package may be returned to you.

6.2 WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOESN’T ARRIVE BUT THE TRACKING NUMBER STATES THAT IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED?

If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the courier in order to investigate this issue. We are not liable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

6.3 CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER CHECKING OUT?

It is the your responsibility to make sure that you properly enter the shipping address. We do our best to expedite the shipping process, therefore there is a very small window to make any changes to your order before it is shipped.

If you decide to make any changes to your order please contact us as soon as possible at info@loxxhair.com. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

Should it be too late to make any changes, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to our warehouse. If it DOES get returned back we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a refund. We are not liable for any orders not returned due to incorrect information.
